Mother’s Day is always special to us because our very own mother, ‘Mama Le’, is an integral part of THE PIG AND THE LADY, with her being “the lady.” 

In the meantime over at the farmers markets, we are going to slowly unveil some fried chicken items in the coming weeks, leading up to a fried chicken pop-up! There will be variations of fried chicken including our famous LFC (Laotian Fried Chicken) and more. 

For this week’s farmers markets, Mama Le will be making her “Ga Chien Nuoc Mam” or Fish Sauce Fried Chicken, which is perfect with a ice cold beer. Would you want to take a bucket of it home?
