New dinner menus for both The Pig & the Lady and Piggy Smalls debut this week! We highly recommend them, especially the silkie chicken pho. Silkie chicken are a particular breed that is very unique for its black skin and bones. Eaten during New Years for good luck!! The flavor that comes from this chicken is elegant and deep. If you haven’t tried it, then it’s a definite must!

In the meantime, we have our farmers markets and we are on our regular schedule. Here’s the Mama Le specials below:

PRIME RIB PHO — slow roasted Rib eye, sliced to order, slow poached egg, red wine sauce, pho herbs

COM HEN — jasmine rice, baby clams, taro stems, banana blossoms, pork fat, rau ram, star fruit, with a clam broth with jasmine tea

CLAYPOT PORK & SHRIMP — ground pork caramelized with shoyu caramel, coconut soda, sauted with shrimp, over jasmine rice


THIT NUONG — grilled Pork Belly Skewers, house pickles, shisho, mint, cabbage, roasted peanuts
