On the occasion of the Honolulu Museum of Arts’ new exhibition, “Art in a Time of Chaos: Masterworks from Six Dynasties China, 3rd–6th Centuries,” Chef Brandon along with other Chinese American chefs, will be making Chinese inspired dishes for the exhibit’s opening. Congrats to Brandon for celebrating his roots via China’s rich cultural history.

We continue our partnership with the museum by also serving food at the upcoming Art After Dark this Friday. Entitled “Plastic Fantastic,” the slogan for this edition of Art After Dark is “Saving the ocean one piece of plastic at a time.” The event takes place from 6pm - 9pm on Friday, April 29.

For the farmers market, we are on our regular schedule as usual: Wednesday at Blaisdell (4pm - 7pm) / Thursday at Kailua (5pm - 7:30pm) / Saturday at KCC (7:30am - 11am)

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been serving a special “Saigon Pate Chaux,” which was a big hit. We are expanding this French theme with our Banh Mi menu this week.
