Our head of ops for farmers market, Alex, is on a 48-hour binge in Vegas, celebrating with Chef Brandon, who unfortunately left his post at Piggy Smalls to venture onto his next adventure. I’m sure those guys are having a grand ol’ time, but Alex will be back for farmers markets starting this Wednesday, as we truck along on another regular schedule this week.
