We’ve got a great farmers menu for you this week with some classic, Mama Le favorites that have not been featured for quite some time. First off, we are on our regular farmers market schedule, which you can see here

Secondly, here are the Mama Le specials for the week:

HU TIEU MY THO — roasted pork loin, Shrimp, quail egg, ground pork rice noodles, topped with chrysanthemum, garlic chives and a tomato crab sauce, pork & seafood broth

LEMON GRASS CHICKEN — grilled chicken marinated w/ kaffir line, pandan leaves, lemongrass, coconut juice

COQ AU VIN — vietnamese-french braised chicken slow cooked in wine, potatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots
