Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone! As we come together to be with family and friends or head over to the mall for some last minute shopping, we celebrate the end of the year as 2015 comes to a close. It's so amazing how quickly this year has pass by.
A quick reminder that we will not be at Kailua Farmers market this Thursday, but we'll be appearing at our first Mililani Farmers market this Sunday! The market is located at Mililani High School. HU TIEU MY THO -- Mama Le's signature dry noodle dish with sliced barbecue pork, dried shrimp, noodles, crab tomato sauce, and broth on the side.
PORK & PEAS RAGOUT -- Mama Le's pork and peas stew, Viet/French style.
BO LUC LAC -- grilled ribeye steak, garlic, marinated with black pepper, butter lettuce, red onions, vinaigrette
