A pop-up restaurant in HNL.

Serving up the creations of Andrew Le, former sous chef of Mavro. The menu will change frequently, starting with Southeast Asian, but possibly jumping continents, all in the pursuit of creativity and deliciousness.

At the moment, we're popping-up in Hank's Haute Dogs.

Some additional details: Dinner starts at 7:30pm, please be on time out of consideration for your fellow diners. Feel free to BYOB and we will provide glassware. Seating is COMMUNAL SEATING, with most seats inside (two tables of eight) and some along the outside counter of Hank's. The menu is subject to change. Due to the limited availability of seats, we cannot give refunds less than 12 hours before the event.

A note regarding gratuities: we do not expect gratuity, nor do we require it. But should you feel compelled to leave us a tip, you may do so at the end of the dinner.
