The Pig and the Lady

A pop-up restaurant in HNL.

Serving up the creations of Andrew Le, former sous chef of Mavro. The menu will change frequently, starting with Southeast Asian, but possibly jumping continents, all in the pursuit of creativity and deliciousness.

At the moment, we're popping-up in Hank's Haute Dogs.

Many of our devoted fans know that we've made appearances at various Farmers Markets over the past couple of months, serving authentic, yet scrumptious Vietnamese style street food. These delectable items are made with fresh and local ingredients and no MSG.

Well, here's the official announcement that we're going full speed ahead in 2012! We're already a weekly fixture at the Blaisdell Farmers Market every Wednesday located at, you guessed it, the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu! But, we're also making regular appearances in Kailua and the Superbowl of all Oahu farmers markets, KCC! So, here's our weekly farmers market schedule:

  • Wednesdays @ Blaisdell Farmers Market (Neal Blaisdell Center), 4pm - 7pm
  • Thursdays @ Kailua Farmers Market (located behind Longs Drugs on Kailua Rd.), 5pm - 7:30pm
  • Saturdays @ KCC Farmers Market (Kapiolani Community College), 7:30am - 11am
